2.  Product Development Assistant:

3. Customer Happiness Specialists:

Remote possible

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. Here at La Rue 1680, outside of offering amazing products we pride ourselves on having the best and friendliest customer service. You must be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. YOU MUST LOVE PEOPLE. Being a natural problem-solver would come naturally to you.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited to

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Make out going calls when necessary
  • Respond to online inquiries via email and social media 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

4. Order Fulfillment (Shipping and Receiving) 

This position is an in person position and can not be remote. As a valued member of the Order Fulfillment team you are responsible for pulling orders from shelves, packing and shipping. You will also be responsible to receiving orders as they come into the warehouse. You are the last touch point before products leave our facilities and in many ways one of the most important positions. Attention to detail is extremely important.
